AOL Spam Reports Idiocy

I'm the sys admin at an ISP. I handle the mail servers, and as such, I handle mail abuse reports. I have a love-hate relationship with AOL's spam reporting system. First off, we actually get reports! That being said, they do a few annoying things with the reports as you'll see after the break.

Seriously AOL.  What's the point of that?  They also mangle the headers so we can't tell if the mail was sent via a forward, and if so, whose forward.  Even worse, AOL users will often mark something as spam even though they really meant Delete.  Then there's the fact that the reports are one way.  They don't make it easy to say, "Hey, this isn't really spam.  Tell your customer to stop being such an idiot."
